Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Preorder & Delivery Timeline

Preorders are open for a limited period before production begins. After the preorder closes, please allow approximately 4 weeks for production and up to 2 weeks for shipping.

Please keep in mind that production and shipping times are estimates and may change due to unforeseen delays.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives with a significant production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at poofkid@originalclouds.com with a description of the issue and clear photos of the item.

If the issue is confirmed to be a production defect, we'll work with you to find an appropriate solution. ♡
